Online booking
- Please give accurate contact information so we can confirm and remind you about your appointment.
- Your appointment is confirmed when you receive our confirmation. We may need to contact you to change a time.
- To reschedule or cancel, call us at 708-747-8994 as early as you can.
Text message program
Program: Opensky Podiatry appointment messages. By booking an appointment or giving us your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you agree to receive text messages from Opensky Podiatry about your appointments and inquiries.
- What you'll receive: appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling and cancellation notices, and replies to questions you send us.
- How often: message frequency varies, usually a few messages per appointment.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message to opt out. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and we won't text you again unless you opt back in.
- For help: reply HELP, or call us at 708-747-8994.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or making a purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
